4. User Responsibilities

5. Payment and Cancellation Policies

• For workshops: Cancellation requests must be made within a specified period to be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
• For bespoke arrangements and garden design: Terms of service, including payment schedules and cancellation fees, will be outlined in a separate agreement.
